How to Start Google Hangout

1. Click Google Plus+ homepage,where you see the your friend' stream.in the right sidebar  it's show "Start Hang out" button.

2. Window will pop up asking you to confirm your video camera and microphone. Click the "Add more people" to select a specific ring to hang out with.

3.  You can click "Add more people" in drop-down menu will pop up to select your contact.

4.  Click The "Hang out" button to start video call.window will pop up your available contact in bottom toolbar
